Do you have any plans throughout October half term? you may be a parent, you may be a child, young teenager or you may be a adult without any children. this blog post is relevant to anyone. I live in UK (north west) in a vast city called LIVERPOOL,Merseyside, Here in the uk most schools have one week off for October half term.

Today i wanted to write out a few activities you could all do to make it an exciting and fun week. im going to call this the week of Halloween activities. I will link all activities under their category for you to check out if you are interested. remember this is just a quick and simple list if you cant find anything to do throughout October

Spooky Welly Walk

Saturday  21 October  2017  11:00 AM - Saturday  21 October  2017 5:00 PM
There are many Halloween activities going on throughout October especially one week leading up to Halloween. here in the UK, you can go to a local park and join in the spooky wellie walks. this is mostly relevant for parents with young infants and children. there you can have a pumpkin carving, make some Halloween decorations and be creative with your Halloween costume. This event is over but its very popular event. Maybe this will come in handy for next year!?.

CONTAINED LIVERPOOL(CHAMBER OF TERROR)

This is a new scare attraction which currently opened October this year. It is a 15 minute scare maze with a story in the different rooms with different scary characters. If you are fearless then be sure to give this scare maze a go. I am still shaken up. It is my first scare attraction and its was brilliant very scary almost scared to death. Not recommended for young children.

OTTERSGHOUL
Tickets cost £10pp. Sessions run between 5 – 9 on Saturday 28th October and Tuesday 31st October.
Are you ready to face your fears in another scare attraction which is in a field of immense creatures lurking in the woods.this is more for children aged 16 and above. Do you love to be scared then this is the place to go with friends.

OTTERSPOOKTACTULOR
this is a fun activity to do with the entire family. Down on the seafront they are hosting a Halloween themed event at otterspool. They have a train which has spooky on goings like scary characters. Ghost stories and games to play. This event is for all the family to enjoy.

ALBERT DOCK
This year at the Albert dock they have some very special characters walking around. Walking skeletons. Yes you heard me right. Very tall and long animated skeletons will be walking around the Albert dock. So go down and meet them and see what they have to say and enjoy the show they have prepared for the night. This is a family event so any age group can go and check it out for free.

PUMPKIN PICKING
This has become a tradition now for many years in the UK. More so this year because family from all over can come and enjoy a day out at a local pumpkin farm. Pick your own pumpking big or small. Enjoy walking through the path and seeing the different colour pumpkins which come is all different shapes and sizes. This is a fun activity to do with friends and family. Make it a day out and warm yourself up with a hot beverage and hot food or maybe a nice cold ice cream. Check out the haystacks and take pictures. Make it a fun and memorable day at a pumpkin farm.

There is a variety of activities you can do which the majority of them are free to do. Of course the paid events are just as fun if you have the money to spend. There are so many different events and activities going on in Liverpool that you will be spoilt for choice especially as most of the event will clash. You may do one event and do another a different day. The kids will have so much fun which ever event or activity they do because it is all Halloween related.
